Description
雞煲烹調方法:
- 將雞件清洗及雞印乾後,用鹽、生粉、油醃30分鐘
- 將乾蔥、 蒜、紫洋蔥、洋蔥、薑及芫茜切碎備用(不用太細)
- 燒熱鍋後落油,將雞件以慢火煎至金黃色並煎出雞油,再加入乾蔥、 蒜、紫洋蔥、洋蔥及薑爆香
- 加入雞煲醬拌勻及炒香,然後加入適量水。 煮滾後加蓋燘3分鐘,期間需翻動1-2次。 開蓋煮至收汁,加芫茜拌勻即可享用。
