Description
赤魚為日本深海魚,油脂分佈均勻,肉質軟嫩,利用日本獨有一夜干技術,鎖緊油脂及鮮味,帶著油脂但一點也不會膩。
當赤魚烤熟後,擠少許檸檬汁,佐胡椒鹽品嚐,鹹甘透著鮮美滋味。
建議煮法:
氣炸鍋/焗爐
1.一夜干解凍後,洗淨,徹底抹乾水份
2.設定200度,預熱5分鐘
3.焗10至15分鐘,加少許清酒增添風味
